We went in on a farm share with Holly's coworker and we have tons of veggies. Holly started a farm share cooking blog as motivation to utilize our share and as a way to post recipes and ideas so others can find them. Follow her now so when she's famous you can say you were one of the first.

Everybody's crying because it's been raining nonstop for the past however long. I have to admit it's kindof a bummer and I was thinking, how did I survive Seattle for 4 years? I realized that when I lived in Seattle I made the most of the rain, always getting out for a hike or a mushroom hunt or drawing pictures of the puddles or whatever. The thing is, when you're looking out the window at the rain it does drain you. I'm looking forward to a week on the cape, it can rain all week for all I care as long as I can be out in it. In fact, if a storm means bigger waves to surf I'll take that over sun any day.

I just posted a gallery of photos from our trip to Puerto Rico. And if you want the blow-by-blow, lots of "today we went to the beach and drank beer and then went to the beach and drank more beer", you can check out Puerto Rico 2009.

Need help picking winners for your american idol pool but you're so emotionally invested you just can't bear the pressure of deciding? Salvation is just a click away (actually 2).

Hey y'all, I just started a boston drum circle social network. I'm looking forward to the summer when the weather is nice, hanging out down by the river and playing some hand drums. Join up if you're interested and spread the word to anyone you know.

Ok, to all my fans I've officially switched over to the redeveloped and redesigned charlielow.com. I know the site's not as pretty as you might expect but bear with me for a quick second while I get it all straightened out. I've been focusing a lot on data lately, trying to keep the UI as simple and clean as possible. No crying, everybody relax, praise and criticism welcome. Good day.

Ok, yea so maybe I've let charlielow.com slide a bit, sorry... my bad. It's just that I've got so much other stuff going on right now and a lot of it is computer related so often times, the last thing I want to do is sit back down at a computer after I get home from a long hard day at work and fix up my personal website. I'm working for a startup website called Care.com coding webpages. It's been about a month and a half and it's going really well... I love it, it's fun and a great learning experience, long hours, hard work. Check back soon, I promise I'll get some more content up here someday. I love you.

To any and all who are interested, an update:
Me and Holly now live in Boston... Somerville to be exact. If you've never driven the roughly 3,317 miles from Seattle to Boston (quick stop in Detroit), know it takes a while (we made it in 5 days) and is a bit taxing... especially when there's only 8 or 9 hours of sunlight and the threat of winter storms plus kitty in the back seat. The cat was suprisingly well behaved, though. We're still settling in but have already become very comfortable. It's nice to be back on the east coast but I miss my good friends in Seattle. We have a kitchen table, chairs, a butcher block island, 3 cutting borards, I have a desk and a bureau, our bed inflates, there is a kitty.
I need a job, some money, a Dewalt 18V cordless drill/driver, a circular saw, a jig saw, blades, bits, wood, screws, a truck, a couch, a comfy chair, some nice clothes (already got the haircut and shave).

OK! well, here we go...
I'm leaving Seattle the day after tomorrow and the time has come for me to unplug my computer. I'm shoveling all my stuff into boxes and bags and trash cans and getting ready to head out. I hope to see some people down at the owl 'n thistle wednsday night for a farewell beer round 9:30. After that, hasta later...
I'm sad to go, I'll miss my peoples here, but I'll be back one day, just like how I said I'd be back one day when I left Boston. I'm hella psyched for the road trip (despite having a puddy in the car). And of course, I'm wicked psyched to get back to Beantown. Wish me luck and for clear skies and cheap gas till we hit the Atlantic!
